Outside

The large kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, toaster and kettle. Along with all the usual kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery. A welcome tea tray is papered for all guests to help you make yourselves at home. Off the kitchen, is the entrance hall, where there is also an Iron and Ironing board and clothes pegs for the clothes line out side

 

The Hall, which also has a dining area with a large table, offers an alternative area to eat. The front door leans out into the garden.

 

The south-facing lounge offers views of surrounded fields and the village church. There is a comfortable three piece suite, colour television, free view box, DVD player with DVDs. Alternative there are many games, books and jigsaws to keep you entertained. In the lounge there is a wealth of leaflets and information about the local area to help you make the most of your stay.

 

There are two bedrooms, one with two full size single beds and one with a double bed. There is plenty of wardrobe and draw space as well a place to sit down. Both rooms look out on back garden and the owners paddock beyond. The main bathroom has a toilet, basin and bath.

 

The tranquil garden is a mix of flowerbeds and lawn on which children can play; there is also parking for two cars. Round the back is the west facing patio, which has a garden table and four chairs perfect for those late summer evenings.
